After the stadium upgrade/tax deal is done, what's the feeling on the langauge of the deal as far as years of keeping our Panthers in Charlotte. My guess is 15, and it look likes Tom Soresen apparently agrees in his articel today in the Observer. Oh and the deal WILL get done....remember we have a Panther fan in the Gov.s mansion.
