AFTER WINS WE MUST DO THIS

39 posts in this topic

Okay well the soccer club Manchester City does this and it's amazing.

At games normally before and after wins they'll sing the chorus to Hey Jude by the Beatles, a song everyone ever has heard or else I would post it.

They go:

"NA

NA NA

NANANANA

NANANANA

CIIIIIITY"

So instead of Hey Jude they just say "CIIITY". We should do the exact same thing but say "PAAAAANTHERS" and boom we're in this. How can I let JR know of this idea?

I think he would go for it if it said.... BOOO JAAAAANNNNGGGLLLEEEEESSSS.

Couple problems. Number one, when we win 1/3 of the fans go home pissed. Number two, when we win 1/3 of the fans left at half time.

That's nothing compared to Stand and Cheer. Imagine the whole stadium singing in unison with the band playing over the speakers. I get chills just thinking of it.

This can be added to other Panther game day traditions like the wave and cheering when we are going for it on 4th down.

and the other third are often fans of the opposing team or random cowboys/steelers/giants fans

Man City is like 100 years old and has one of the best fan-bases in the world.

I'm happy our fans have figured out how to shout "LUUUKE" after a Kuechly tackle.

We are still decades away from having an infectious fanbase.
