btw- since these upgrades are about the "gameday experience" are they going to do anything to make tailgating i dunno...BETTER??

LOL -Lollipop park...It would be cool to have an entertainment complex at that location...sports bars, a "Panther Hall Of Fame" etc. It could be "party central" on game days!I just want to know what's going on with that huge lot owned by Charlotte Pipe on Morehead St. right down from the stadium. Perfect for tailgating but I think they have other ideas which would be more lucrative.
Like a lollipop park.
