terrible move by the Panthers. Unfortunately I think this is what most of us new was going to happen deep down.

Who did Shula have as his QB at Tampa. Who were his surrounding players? Who was the HC during that time? I just wanna know I haven't researched it cause I thought it was Hue's job.

have you ever looked at what he did in tampa?

not exactly what i would call "pep".

he adds nothing.

it's a step backward if anything.

I'm just hoping Cam's talent and athleticism can help mask Shula as OC.

I'm just as upset about Rodgers being promoted as I am Shula. Bobby April was a slam dunk hire who would instantly help our special teams. Continuity isn't nearly as big in that area, because there is a lot of turnover on the bottom half of the roster, which is usually where special teams players are pulled from.

The good news is that we'll get a fresh staff next year after Rivera gets himself and this crew fired.

Once again failing to hire a former head coach as the OC is a huge mistake. He desperately needed someone with that experience on his staff, and he STILL didn't do it, even when he had the clear opportunity.

I'm heartbroken by both of these moves, and have completely lost what little faith I had left in Ron Rivera. 7-9, here we come...again.

Just try to stay excited for that meaningless 4-2 run at the end of the season.

They were never gonna hire anybody from outside, Rivera is gonna ride or die with his current staff. When he goes down, they go with him thats the way it should be.

he learned how not to create a clusterf*ck at your first HC from watching rivera create his disaster.

With only subtractions made to the coaching staff...and with the cap situation the way it is...the Panthers might really struggle next year. Panthers are one Cam Newton injury away from being 0-16.

fairly predictable, you guys wanted Chud gone, well he's gone none of you ever thought that not too many people would want the job considering that it could end up only being for 1 year, and don't think for a second that didn't play a big role in it.

I'm pretty sure we would have had to guaranteed many of the OC's that we wanted 3 years of salary or more and that just want going to happen
