What record would keep Rivera here after next season?

Playoffs or #HeGone for Rivera

With our luck he'll win 10 games and miss the playoffs next year

Personally. Playoffs. Nothing less. Realistically? Being above .500. 9-7 and above. 8-8 shouldn't cut it.

Of course with JR, who knows man. maybe a 1 game improvement is more than enough.

Its playoffs of Rivera bust..and even in the Playoffs this team has to be on an upward projection..a Jake Delhomme 6 tunover type performance against Arizona and they still should be gone..despite the playoff appearence.

10-6 with a 4-2 Division record could keep Rivera his job. That is a good year in the NFC.

A nice solid 10-6. Look good while you are doing it. IMO that would be enough. Playoffs should be the goal. But, 10 wins is no guarantee you get in.

9-7?

10-6?

Playoffs regardless of record?

What if by some technicality, we got into the playoffs as a wild card at 8-8?

I think that the magic formula is 9-7, regardless if we get into the playoffs.

Record?

The contract on record with the NFL Offices.

Ron Rivera is owed 2.8 million dollars to coach the Carolina Panthers in 2014.

And he will.
