I don't know if some people caught the name on the Ravens Uniform. But it was Kemo the former Panthers DT. I just want to say congrats to him and wish him the best of luck in 2 weeks against the 49ers. He deserves the ring along with Ray Lewis. I will be pulling for the Ravens.

Well after Kemo came back from that achillies tear he had when he was with the Panthers a few years back. Kemo said it was time to go back home to the Ravens and win a ring for himself. He was a Ravens player at one time and then came to the Panthers and went home again to only end up in the SB this year. He deserves it a lot. I really hope for the best for him come 2 weeks from now.Always respected the Ravens. Kemo won the job over Cody? Interesting.

He was away from football for a year, dropped a ton of weight, and busted his hump to become the starter.

So he finally got healthy? Congrats to him. His only problem was being healthy. Makes me wonder if Vermillion knows what he's doing...players that leave this organization that had health issues seem to become healthy with other teams..
