Turns out he's the 4th alt.

London Fletcher and Daryl Washington will replace Willis/Bowman.

I'm sure he's happy being at home anyway.

Oh well. No big deal. Next year when we win the division we will have pro bowlers

You're a very sad and angery person. I hope everything is alright in your life.

If Kuechly is like Smith, being snubbed just stokes the internal fire. Next year he might have more than 200 tackles.

London Fletcher should have gone numerous years before. The probowl is like the Oscars, you win awards later on for the movies you've already done.

Yep. Fletcher was snubbed for a decade before getting the award in 09.

ain't no big deal.

increasingly shallow honor that goes to the most hyped teams and players. being popular is more important than being good.

and the game has been a joke for years. players not being allowed to go because of being in the superbowl and alternates going dilutes the supposed talent in the game and then you've got people not wanting to bother with it at all.

and then there's the potential of serious injury do to someone taking it seriously when most don't and the fact that it's in a game that doesn't matter. look at the way the defense went after cam when the OL was half assing it and tell me you weren't worried about him getting hurt and missing time.

and then there's all the stuff that brandt talked about here: http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/the-pro-bowl-problem.html

doesn't bother me at all that panther players don't make the pro-bowl, in fact i prefer it.

The Pro Bowl can kiss the Panther's collective asses after Cam almost getting killed.

Don't care about the Pro Bowl at all. Getting snubbed for All-Pro is one thing. Being snubbed for the Pro Bowl is just missing out on a vacation the player can take themselves anyway.

Who cares about the Pro Bowl? Of all the lame All-Star games out there, it is the lamest.

Honestly, I have 0 problems with this. Washington IMO should be a pro-bowler and Fletcher had a great season, especially down the stretch.
Keek is a rookie, he'll have a bunch of chances to be in the pro bowl and more importantly the All Pro team.

What makes you say that? He led the NFL in tackles as a rookie and got hardly no attention, what makes you think when he does it again but as a veteran, will get him more attention. Cam got all the attention last year, and hardly any this year even with being statistically better and a better w/l....the truth is the nfl is a joke when it comes to small market teams

[/quote]if we win games, more people will notice...esp. if we win games early in the season rather than late.

hype comes with winning for the non-massive market teams.

Rayzor pretty much said what most of what I was going to say. Remember he'll only get better as a player too. We've only scratched the surface of Keek. He'll get better at diagnosing plays and knowing when not to crash the LOS, and get sucked into play action like he did this year. He will improve when covering big TEs. He can also develop his effectiveness on blitzes where he rushes the QB.
