No, Ron Rivera sucks as a coach, hence back to back losing seasons with a top 5 running game and QB.

Our RBs didn't produce much in comparison to other teams this year.

12 RBs had more rushing yards by themselves than Double Trouble combined. Wilson, RGIII, Kapernick all had one. Our RBs were in the bottom half in the league in production this past season. Cam carried a big burden this year

He clearly rode the coattails of that mighty 17th ranked defense this year.

A guy that almost goes underfeated and wins the Super Bowl in his first year of coaching? A guy that outcoached Belicheat in the AFC title game? Nobody? Andy Reid was a better option? lolok

Late to the party.

Colts tanked on purpose to get Luck. I don't blame Caldwell for the drunken Irsay wanting the next Great White Hype.

Very few coaches have ever won anything with a bad QB. A Dungy built team under Gruden, the Ravens with Billick and Dilfer, .....Fox came close with Delhomme. Every one of those teams were built on deense, not the Colts. To blame Caldwell for the failure of the entire franchise being built around Manning is just not being honest with reality, Was he really supposed to make Curtis Painter a winner? Could Bill Walsh make Clausen a winner? Let's be serious here.

The NFL needs more white running backs and Asian safeties. Maybe instead of hiring players and staff based on merit they should just fill certain positions with the best of a certain race.

In European soccer leagues they often allocate a team to have a certain number of European players, then a certain number of players from anywhere else in the world. They also have a mandatory number of Germans or Spanish, whatever the home country may be (race not considered, just nationality).

What if the NFL created a policy where a certain number of coaches, players, etc had to be white, black, asian, etc.

This is basically what blacks are asking for, only they only want it applied for their race and want to tell everyone else to screw off. That way if a lot of players are black, it's great for them and in other areas where there are a shortage of blacks, they'll never have to compete or worry because there will be mandates.
