Betcha 100 bux that new rules will be subjective and refs will throw the flag based on whether a player jumps right up or not, or whether the offending player has a bad reputation.

Has there been a similar study focusing on brain damage in fans? I think it might be a good idea.

I'd start with Saint fans. That pool should yield a lot of results.
