The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to trade Marreese Speights, Wayne Ellington, Josh Selby and a future first-round draft pick to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Jon Leuer.

Most likely at least for now, they'll make another playoff run. If he's traded it would be during the offseason or an offer they couldn't refuse.

Good trade for both teams imo. Grizz needed cap relief, Cavs needed a big since Varejao got hurt. Cavs also get a potential backup PG in Selby (who looked great in the summer league) as well as a pretty good shooter (although I honestly expected Ellington to be a little better in the pro's).
