Who was it that got Cam to start using his check downs by doing that simple drill with someone right in Cams face so he was forced to use the check down. Shula right? The commentators were talking about it in a game this year. About how it seemed to help cause Cam was actually starting to check down after (shula?) started doing that drill.

Good hire, anyone with experience with Cam is a good thing.

Good point.

So a player that won a National Championship by himself will be being coached by a guy that won a National Championship because of his team... interesting

Great coaches generally aren't former HOFers. Not saying he is great....but the resume of a great coach rarely lists being a great former player.

Good to hear.
The motto for Cam this offseason should be checkdown and footwork

Former pro scout with the Panthers...then IMG as someone said, has worked with Cam. He was a winner (college)...arm strength did not translate to the pro game.

I'm just glad we weren't dumb enough to let Shula shoulder both jobs. He may not even be qualified for the first, sooo...

A bit off topic: congrats to ex-WR coach Fred Graves who landed on Chargers staff today.

I agree with you but I bet Peyton manning if he choose to accept that mission he would be a great HC at least a oc. If not it will self destruct
