I am against Bloomberg and his Nanny State tactics as much as anyone, but I don't exactly find it a racist policy. Stupid and intrusive, yes, but racist, no.

Guess when you expect the gov to take care of your every need, they can dictate many things to you. Not racial, but you get what you pay for you gov sheep!

This is what happens when you allow blanket policies impacting a disproportionate % of a particular race to get a voice in court.

It's stupid to be honest with you. Just like CWG's argument against voter id.

How is the limit on the size of sugary drinks racist? I had no clue only minorities enjoy sugary drinks.

Doesn't matter how the limit is racist...it disproportionately impacts a minority group. What more do you need...

The assault soda ban is racist against 7eleven stores who depend on sales of the Big Gulp. Who knew?

Lol I never thought of the Big Gulp being an assault soda. Makes perfect sense though.

You might spill your assault soda on your seatbelt.

I don't think it's racial ...

Read what the attorney said, and see whether you think it's also applicable to other beverages.

"A product that contains empty calories and no nutritional value is being over-consumed."
