why do i do it? every year about this time Super Bowl 38 highlights come on. i have to watch. why do i need to relive it again and again? what a great game. the highest of high to the lowest of lows. jake delhomme was completely dialed in, in that game. i will never forget, ever, the feeling i had when he threw the 85yrd TD. so crushing we lost that game.

My favorite part was Smitty dance, other than that. I get a reminder of the TV that was destroyed after I kicked a cup up of juice and it landed on it. FML.

I'm still pissed that our fearsome front four got stonewalled and never even sniffed Brady.

My reaction to Kasay was simply

all though most believe kasay lost that game, it was John Fox's timeout after the long pass play to prohel that gave New England like 40 more seconds. Without those seconds, the game would have ended and Carolina would have been Superbowl Champs.

Brenston Buckner said Brady seemed to know exactly what was coming, even in formations and sets that they had only installed that very week.

Still hope the whole truth comes out on that front someday (I don't think it has). But even if it doesn't, as long as the Patriots record of no post-Spygate championships continues, I will be in full-on point and laugh mode
