That was pretty funny. Haven't seen SNL in years, not bad.
SNL hasn't been consistently funny since the original cast left.
They have occasional flashes, but the show is a shell of what it once was.

People say this just out of a tendency to think "___ isn't as good as it used to be," but the early seasons are truly some of the worst. It's all about catchphrases instead of jokes.SNL hasn't been consistently funny since the original cast left.

The most consistently funny era was late 90s. Will Ferrel, Tracy Morgan, Darrel Hammond, et al.

Chevy Chase, Belushi, Ackroyd, Radner.
Not even close.
Dennis Miller was the bomb however.
Only thing Will Ferrell has ever done funny in his life was Wedding Crashers.
