Game 7: Carolina Hurricanes (3-3) @ Philadelphia Flyers (2-6)

40 posts in this topic

The Canes start a lengthy road trip starting with a game in Philadelphia against the Flyers. The Canes have to have this game. We need to beat the teams below us and get a couple wins against the teams above us.

The Flyers will most likely be without Wayne Simmonds, Scott Hartnell, and Andrej Meszaros as where the Canes are a very healthy team only missing forward Tuomo Ruutu.

Ward will most likely be in net tonight so the defense needs to be extra good tonight.

With a win tonight, the Canes are back in the drivers seat.

GO CANES!!!

Wont be able to watch most of this game tonight, but hopefully I'll be able to catch bits and pieces while I'm out. Ready to see Jordan Staal get his first goal, and no better night than tonight. (Well except for a game against Pittsburgh).

If ward is in net, expect a 4 goal night from the Flyers.

A rumor going around that Ellis could get the start, this could be good.

Hope so. That would mean we are ready to move on from Ward.

With a win tonight and a Toronto loss to Boston; the Canes would most likely move up to the 8th spot.
