When was the last time you contributed something?

90% of your posts are whining and crying.

hes like the less obvious version of brooklyn bully or the ever so slightly evolved version of pantherclaw

Well AP almost broke the single season rushing record this year after blowing up his knee, RG3 and the Skins had a hellova year as did the Vikings.

The Panthers in primetime week 3 shyt the bed 36-7 while all America was watching.

By the time the Panthers beat the Eagles under the lights the Panthers were 2-8, very impressive.

America doesn't like losers and they don't draw ratings to TV or the internets.

Respect is earned in this league and the Panthers are a boring story for the last few years so what would you expect?

Dont suck and people will talk about you.

False, unfortunately respect does not trump popularity and fan bases in the league. Prime example, no matter how trash the NFC East is every year they continue to get loaded with primetime and sunday national televised games. The league focuses on whatever teams is the most popular or biggest national fan bases.Being a good team plays a factor but It has more to do with how popular the team is.

lol...do you not understand that the schedule is pretty much set in stone years before? at least the list of opponents for each team?

it's done on a rotating basis.

we have 6 games against NFCS teams. and then we pretty much have the same list of opponents that our division has. we play one division from the NFC, one from the AFC.

there's only two (2) games that are decided by your previous year's record and those two games are against teams who finished in the same place as us in their division and those opponents will be from the two divisions that we won't be facing every team from.

for example, this year the NFCS plays the NFCW and the AFCN in addition to each team from the NFCS twice. the last two games on the schedule are the ones who finished 2nd in their division (since we finished 2nd technically, i believe). that would be the giants (NFCE) and vikings (NFCN).

you want to know who we play the next few years?

I guess if the Panthers win the next 3 NFC South Titles they still wont be under the lights anyway because they're not popular.

Got it.

Winning gets you exposure. The more you win the more media attention you receive. The more coverage you get,, the more folks will know about you. We get about what we deserve. Without Cam, we would get less attention than we do now. Once we start winning, the adulation will follow............We have Cam. Once the wins start, we will get our share of attention.

I know that, I was ridiculing the post that only popular teams get face time. ;)

Because the poster called false basically what you just said when I posted it.

A part of me knew that. I guess I felt the need to get that out, and you gave me the opportunity to do so. I think all the negativity round here lately is getting to me. And I am perceiving slights where they don't exist. Or where they aren't meant to be in this case. Oops, my bad.

Cowboys suck every year they still get a few primetime games, The redskins sucked all the way up till they got RG3 they still got plenty of primetime games. The panthers will never get more national popularity then those kinds of teams because they are NOT A BIG MARKET. It will take constant playoff appearances just to keep close to the amount of attention, hell...we cant even get our own fanbase to dominate the stadium attendance. Falcons got 5 primetime/nationally televised games this year because they are good and Atlanta is a popular area with great atmosphere, i dont think we will ever get that many even if we are good not that i really care just pointing it out. And i never meant we would get any at all, just not on the level of the big market teams. Those teams get plenty of exposure even when they are garbage. And this is not negativity towards my team im just stating how it looks.. Is that better clarification for you smart guy?
