Most people believe that racial stereotypes fall under "racial prejudice".

I think there is a stereotype of what a sexual predator is. He is a white male. No one says "sexual predator" and a female or black guy springs to mind.

How many times a day do you have to prove you "are not a sexual predator to children" Zod.

Now, is it so commonplace that caused an epidemic in the white community that is causing a disproportionate number to turn to gangs or crime? Not that I am aware of. Is it awful and disgraceful to us? You bet.

The vast majority of blacks in this country are not in gangs are criminals.

The data proves, without bias, that a large number of black households lack two parents. Data also proves that a disproportionate amount of black men are in prison. Is it at least worth investigation that these two things are related?

There has been a disproportionate amount of black men in prison since slavery ended. Why werent there hordes of blacks imprisoned during slavery if we are so prone to crime? And its not like we had ideal family structure during that era, black families were sold and broken up at will for capitalistic purposes. And I find that crime is a result of poverty and lack of jobs. Go anywhere in the world and you will find that to be the case. I know plenty people who grew up in 2 parent homes that turned to a life of crime, black and white. I think thats a very simple way to look at it. The Sandy Hook shooter grew up in a loving 2 parent home, still didnt stop him from killing a mass of children. Jerry Sandusky grew up in a 2 parent home, still didnt stop him from raping children for 20 years. Our mayor grew up in a single parent home here in Charlotte, that didnt stop him from going to an Ivy League school and becoming mayor of our city.

I find crime is a result of a lack of morals and social awareness, those things which are instilled by family.

Do all poor people commit crimes? Do most poor people commit crimes? Certainly not.

So why do they not commit crimes yet a minority of them do commit crimes. Do they get to blame being poor while it is obvious the vast majority of poor are law abiding?

You know how to recognize when you are losing an argument? Its when a person is speaking in macro, things on a larger view of society, and you bring up specific instances as if they somehow invalidate the bigger picture.

Yes, there are bad eggs from good homes. Yes, there are good eggs from bad homes.

But looking at the problem as a whole, its clear that there is a correlation in the probabilities of bad eggs coming from broken homes...of ALL races.
