Single weirdest thing I've seen at a Super Bowl in years, maybe ever.

The Superdome blamed the power company.

The power company blamed the Superdome.

Pretty good chance somebody is out of work tomorrow. Also safe to say the nect time New Orleans bids on a Super Bowl, this incident will be brought up,

It afforded me an extra half hour to pound some brews. Thanks filthy New Orleans.

NFL was behind it. A blowout would've hurt the ratings

My game buddies said they should account for the whereabouts of all 49er personnel at the time of the outage.

IMO, it really doesn't matter where the blame lies. It still looks unfavorably on the Aints Org. Which is fine by me.

Does it really matter who is to blame? It was a 20 minute delay. Who the fug cares?

Makes me wonder if the WWE writes for the NFL now.

Almost twice that actually. About 35 minutes total.

Were I on the selection committee, this incident would be a huge red flag to me.

I'd have a lot of questions for the city if they were asking to host another one (which they no doubt will do).

If somebody had dropped from the ceiling or suddenly appeared at midfield, I'd have wondered the same.

Ron Rivera was caught sitting in the rafters holding the severed plugs, which he had sliced with a mere death glance, all the while chuckling to himself repeatedly...... "Win a superbowl? Not on my watch!" -Adam schectar ESPN source.

I actually made the joke to the people I was watching it with that I expected Sting to appear in the top row of the bleachers then rappel down a zip wire to the 50 yard line and whack someone with a baseball bat.

They didn't get it :(
