How about the helmet to helmet hit on the play before that was never acknowledged?

I am not sure if that does only apply on PI, but on a holding?! I think it was a missed call.

It was only a foot past his outstretched arms. He could have easily caught it without the hold. The ball barely landed out of bounds, so he definitely could have got his feet in bounds.
Also, catchability doesn't matter all that much on a holding call.

The play IMO was called right. The WR initiated the contact and the pass was uncatchable. Even if he catches the ball I don't believe he would have caught it in bounds.
Finally if those that want to scream the Niners got ripped off maybe they should go look at the late hit on Flacco out of bounds. The refs call that hit. Game over and the Niners never touch the ball again.
