Would you welcome Ed Reed to Carolina?

Reed may not be done....but he isn't "Ed Reed" anymore.

We need a S. Not delay the search, hopeful gromming, etc. of someone.

and also, we can't afford to rent a vintage porsche for a year with all are dumb contracts.

I agree, I rather we find our own franchise safety, rather than borrow someone else's for a year or two.

He's not coming to Carolina, but I'd bet money he won't be in Baltimore next year either. Look for him to, shockingly, land with the Pats.

I got a feeling he's gonna hit the wall next year.

He's over the hill and got his ring last night. If I were him, I would just go out on top.

I think the question is, if your Ed Reed, would you want to come to carolina?

If Ed Reed became a panther my childhood dreams would come true.

By far my favorite non-panther player.

That would be a dream come true for me. But I have this hunch he'll be up there in New England if he doesn't resign with Baltimore some how, some way.

Take Raheem Moore's position?

He will not care about a contending team, he will go where he can cash out one more time. Call it his retirement contract.

Do want his talent, do not want his cap figure.
