I can see on a 3rd down passing situation having hardy, CJ, and Frank a the down linemen and then our 4 LBs out there. Blitz TD and Beason

Why is it that everyone is saying Beason will be gone after this season? He has ZERO trade value, whats worse then a linebacker with knee problems, one with shoulder problems 0 for 2. No team will pick up the cap hit required in a trade. The cap hit we would take to release him is not gonna happen. He would have to have a great season to up his stock for next year. Best case he restructures with an incentive based contract like Davis and we move on. As for Beason playing outside linebacker he was drafted at that position, Dan Morgan still was here in 07. May not be as natural as it was before, but he can play there.

Well we're probably gonna have to release James Anderson or Jon Beason so we're not gonna have 4 starting LB's for very long.

Yet another person who thinks you can just plug any random 4 linebackers into a 3-4 as long as they're "starting caliber."

Was expecting Bleacher Report, turned out to be ESPN. Same level of research I guess.

I didn't know people on Bleacher report did interviews with teams Defensive coordinators....

I swear people don't read, the article and everything in it was from the Panther's DC.....

If you disguised the website, you could use bleacher report and ESPN atricles interchangeably.

You're right tho, 3-4 OLBs are guys like Ware, Suggs, and Aldon Smith. Not Jon Beason.

Beason, if healthy can be a great 34 MLB (Patrick Willis). If we're moving into a 34 with what we have, Anderson and TD are OLB. And the answer for that question: they're still not 34 OLBs

If anyone wanna take a look at a BR MOCK, here it is:

http://m.bleacherrep...er-bowl/page/15

1: Jarvis Jones OLB
2: Quinton Patton WR
4: Jordan Hill DT
5: Rick Wagner OT
6: Gerald Hodges OLB
7: Manase Foketi OT

I'll have to say, it ain't that bad. Pretty good mock and I can live with that.
