...were mostly forgettable.

About the only ones that made much impression on me was Kia's "Respect the Tech" and NFL Network's "Leon Sandcastle". Even old reliables like Budweiser and Doritos didn't deliver this year.

Wasted opportunity given that from what Ive heard, this year's Super Bowl drew the best ratings ever.

The two that sparked the biggest conversation in my house were for car companies.

I felt like both Oprah and the Paul Harvey estate should be ashamed of lending themselves to something as cheap as hawking automobiles.

My wife said I was just being ridiculous.

Old folks party night, Leon Sandcastle, and the horse commercial were all pretty good.

The Oreo Library one was the funniest... the Leon Sandcastle one was good... but mostly they sucked.

Dodge Ram was the only good one of the night.

TWC's was pretty good (if only for The Walking Dead being incorporated in it).

Yeah, I have to admit, sadly, this is the first Superbowl that I kept falling asleep during. But, I was extremely underwhelmed by the commercials this year.

From the ones I saw, the Oreo one was probably the funniest. The old people Taco Bell commercial was "cute." But, other than that, nothing really stood out. I was really unimpressed.

And I don't know if this was a local commercial or national, but I kept seeing a commercial for the Honda Accord that was nothing but an infomercial with a creeper of a guy as the pitchman. I assume it was national because it wasn't associated with any local dealership that I saw. Really awkward and a huge waste of money for Honda.

They sucked for the most part. You would think millions of dollars would bring better quality. At this point I think companies are over thinking it.

Leon Sandcastle, yeah.

The Go Daddy one has been the most talked about that. Awkward as hell...

That Go Daddy one just disgusted me. I wanted to throw up just listening to it.

I really only liked the M&Ms one early on.

The only thing the Go Daddy one made me think of is what that guy was thinking when his agent handed him the script and he had a chance to peruse it.

"Okay...this is cool...interesting premise...and then it says he...I'LL TAKE IT!!!"
