I just posted what I would of done. They better hope I never have the power to issue punishment. I could however guarantee a lower crime rate.

She's already been back, and this time she at least knew better than to be a moron.



Judge reduced her bond to the original $5000 and she accepted a court ordered drug rehab program. The contempt of court punishment stands.

Honestly, even when behaving herself, this one doesn't exactly come across as a brain surgeon. Here's hoping she wises up, but my gut feeling is she'll be back in front of a judge again for this or something else down the road.

She really did seem to be under the influence the first time in court. Hopefully she makes it through her drug program and gets another chance. It would be a shame to see someone so young destroy her chance at a productive life.
