The San Francisco 49ers will make a good push to get free agent WR Wes Welker to visit with them once free agency begins. They are expected to let Moss and Ginn Jr test free agency and are looking for a reliable wideout to take some pressure off QB Colin Kaepernick.

Meh, if they pin their improvement on a 32 year old posession receiver who's been rode hard and put away wet they could do better.

I feel like they have plenty of receiving targets. Still, I wish we had this mindset.

The best get better. Danny Amendola will more than likely be a Pat too.

10+ years of having top 10 draft picks will give any team the freedom to test FA eventually.

Once again good coaching and a good GM. Two things we have not seen in awhile.

Fan site speculation that they will look at him is just a prediction they might look at him. It's not actual FA maneuvering.....it's still over a month away. Stop inventing things to whine about.

He put up 111 catches for 1165 yards with Matt Cassel throwing him the ball, I think he'd be fine with Colin Kaepernick
