it will be Duke. They have lost 1 less game and do not have a bad loss. where as you lost to fgcu and indiana state

Arizona is ranked ahead of Miami, they haven't lost this week (at least not yet) and they beat Miami on Miami's home court. They have a better claim for number one than Miami does.
Duke, Arizona, Miami, and Gonzaga should all be in the top 5 though.
