Corradell Patterson Writeup.

It's not with technology today and the fact he produced 1st round WR stats coming off that injury.

i know technology is more advance but that doesnt lessen the chance of re injury. RG3 tore his in college, cam back put up stellar stats, but eventually hurts it again. its always something that lingers. are we really in a position to take such a rish

You can't say for sure it will happen again just like we can't say it won't happen to Pattetson. It's such a freak injury. But we do know that Hunter can produce great numbers when coming back from it.

And IMO I rather take the risk of Hunter in the 2nd round then a Patterson becoming a top flight WR with a top 15 pick.

Its odd but w/o many talented qbs it is really hard to find a baller wr. My guess is we will see some great sleeper wr's in this draft I think Patterson will be very good.

Patterson just weighed in at 20 pounds more than Hunter. So much for that injury concern nonsense.

Jungle when did more weight stop a injury from happening?

I think it's pretty common knowledge that stronger players are less likely to be injured than weaker ones, but you can keep denying that Patterson has any sort of edge of Hunter if you'd like.

oh yeah and gronk....dude been real inconsistent on the field due to injuries.....

True, but Gronk has had arm injuries not body or legs. He is still tough. Forearm to be exact.

Clearly there are going to be exceptions. However, I think we can all agree that a bigger guy at a skill position is going to be less likely to suffer an injury.

lol no i was saying gronk had an injury history in college....so it came back to bite him in the league....even though i think he injured something different.

bigger guys are alot of times more durable.

Like Boldin who has had more injuries then Steve Smith who is smaller. Nicks is bigger then Cruz and who has been more injured again?

But let's stop with these examples because the whole point is stupid. Being more injury prone has nothing to do with size.

My point was how the players play makes them more or less susceptible to injuries.
