Nice to see Khalil take this option to help this team out of the whole that they in. I know we are all hoping it will be this easy for the other high paid guys like Gamble and Gross Stewart and the rest. I just don't see it happening so easy. I mean we have a while to go. But hopefully the rest of the guys who have high price contracts will do the same in the near future to help get this team going in the right direction. All we can do it hope right now.

I'm pretty sure Gross is gonna restructure... he pretty much said it as clearly as he could without actually 'saying' it in that interview that was posted here a while back. Those two restructuring their contracts might set the example for others to follow.

Now we have to restructure gross. We can not cut him of we have no LT. He has to make a veteran move, realize he has digressed and do what's best for the cap situation and team and restructure. I have faith that beason we restructure as well. Then we get to gamble, I believe we need him because him not comfortable with josh Thomas, josh Norman, captain (if we resign), and James dockery, but i think we are forced to release him which is a shame, hopefully we find a way to keep him. On a closing note if it comes down to use being only a couple million over the cap and we have nothing else to do I say we cut ties with Anderson.

Yes it should but not always the case. It would be nice to see guys like CJ, Gross, Gamble, Beason redo their contracts to help this team get well under the cap this and years to come. As vets they got to understand that this team can not become a SB contender while they are holding most of the cap in their contracts. We need good players to come in to help this team. If they care enough about this team then they will help this team out by redoing their contracts and if not then they are done with this team. Gamble will be the first example.

? Do you have any links to prove this. BTW they can't be under the cap that fast. If they was then news outlets would be saying it right now. Panthers are still 11 million over the cap right now.

89 already restructured....He's not making much or didn't make much last year. Everyone else needs to do the same as Kalil though.

Gamble needs to be cut period. I don't see a scenario were he restructures and we save MORE money than just cutting him.
