Well even if these figures are currently up to date. Which I doubt it. The Panthers would be still 5 million over the cap and not under. 121 million is the current cap for each team this coming year. Panthers would need to cut 10 million more to get under and have some money to work with to sign a few decent FAs and pay the rookies as well. Still got a ways to go right now.

What I would do... Cut Gamble, Restructure Gross/Beason/ and try to re-work DWill's deal. Realease Nakamura and maybe R. Edwards. Sign Canty and fill depth needs.
