I agree but I feel they should push him to better himself from what he was in Oakland...I love his natural ability. It's unreal. Even at 320 pounds fat he's more athletic than most when they are 180. The biggest thing is proving his head is in it.

I don't know why I'm rooting for his successful return, but I'd like to see a success story come from this.

you got to get in football shape.you got to study defense and work on being more accurate with your passes. you cant stare down your wideouts and you have to go through your progressions. you have to be able to be mobile enough to extend plays and have a quick release to get the ball out. you got to stop being lazy and work over time. you got to be a leader on the field first then be a leader off the field. no one is gonna listen to you if you cant play. you gotta perform under pressure and have the will of a lion to never give up.
and most of all ignore the fuging media.

Yeah when they had him exhausted he was overthrowing his targets pretty bad...My boy said he saw this the other day...said he was pretty inaccurate with his throws. He needs to get that weight down to about 240-250. I'm rooting for him
I agree I think his game weight should be about 250-245 but they want him at 265, also think he should try and run a 4.6 instead of a 4.8 but I'm not running a training program so what do I know? lol. I hope he succeeds as well he's working hard for it at least

JaMarcus Russell - QB - Free Agent
Free agent JaMarcus Russell will hold a "pro day" on or around April 10.
Russell has been training at TEST Football Academy in San Diego with Jeff Garcia in hopes of making a comeback. He recently weighed under 300 pounds -- an accomplishment for Russell -- but still has "hills to climb." Russell will be throwing to Larry Fitzgerald and ex-Bucs WR Michael Clayton at the workout.

I'm sure if he sees something in him he'll have a talk with Arians about bringing him in... When you have Kolb, Skeleton, or the other one Russel doesn't seem like a bad option then right? lollarry is trying to help him out lol hes a good dude though.....you think he wants russell in arizona....whew that would be a story lol

Matt Ryan would REALLY suck in AZ.
His pencil neck would be broke in half the fist game of the season.

It's obtainable if he has the desire. I wish him luck.

It's obtainable if he has the desire. I wish him luck.

Funny you say that, Cam has just as many wins, and LESS losses than Ryan in the playoffs.
