I feel like this is going to create a tough situation. Most people are already aware that Mark Emmert is a useless douche, but he has fuged up again. I think that nearly everyone believes that UM has committed some serious violations for well over a decade, but the way this investigation has been handled is awful. Step down, Mark. You're a moron/

Lack of Institutional Control. Ouch.
Yep. That's not good.

βA lack of institutional control,β according to the NCAA, βis found when the Committee on Infractions determines that major violations occurred and the institution failed to display adequate compliance measures, appropriate education on those measures, sufficient monitoring to ensure the compliance measures are followed and swift action upon learning of a violation.β

They have?
Prove it.
Gonna have to veto any information you get from a convicted felon though.

Schools usually self-impose sanctions when they've done nothing wrong.

Dude trust me I feel for Miami fans more then most on here, but there was definitely shady poo going down with that program, just like there was shady poo going down with Reggie Bush and OJ Mayo at USC. Just count yourself lucky that the 'AA didn't decide to set up shop for the better part of five years on Miami's campus....
