CJ is the NFL DE Prototype for Forcing Fumbles

Hardy caught a lot of flak from folks on here when he spent all offseason last year bulking up to ~300 lbs.

Then he has his best year as a pro. fug some finesse moves, just outmuscle the man in front of you Kraken!

I don't think people were afraid of him adding a few pounds of muscle. They didn't want that muscle to come at the detriment of his speed. It did seem to work out nicely though.

I was calling for Alexander to replace him in the starting lineup. Alexander was playing better than Hardy early on, then the Kracken exploded.

I'm really excited to see what Alexander does this coming year. Man this is gonna be a blast to watch.

If anyone is interested in these writeups by Walter, he had something to say about Kuechly on the ILB position review for this year, Luke is the prototype for pass coverage at ILB:

Pass Coverage:

NFL prototype: Luke Kuechly, Panthers

  1. Manti Te'o
  2. Kiko Alonso
  3. Alec Ogletree
  4. Kevin Minter
  5. Kevin Reddick
  6. A.J. Klein
  7. Jonathan Bostic
  8. Nico Johnson

Also had this to say at the top of the article:

If you were to merge the two classes, Kuechly is hands down the best linebacker. He was the seventh-overall player on my big board last year and was tremendous as a rookie for Carolina. Some in the league feel Kuechly is the prototypical middle linebacker for today's NFL.
