Just released by the Chiefs. Thought he may be a target because of the Giants connection. Olson and Boss sounds like a nice tandem.

I hope so if only for the fact I can say, "Like a Boss!" every damn time he does something.

FYI I know Kevin Boss's brother played for the Charlotte Eagles soccer team. Not sure if his brother stills plays for them or not.

Boss would be a solid #2 TE and definitely an upgrade over Barnidge, despite the man crush that many seem to have on Barnidge.

Like him as a player. But with cap situation and other needs, I think the money would be better spent elsewhere....OL, DT, or S/CB.

I'd be up for it, considering we could see more double tights with chud gone.

According to Adam Caplan, the release was listed as failed physical.

I don't remember much of Boss in Kansas City however when he was with the Giants he made some clutch plays, he would be a fantastic number 2 TE here.

I always didn't like him, but he made plays. I also never like Shockey till he came here so...

Ever since he left the Giants it's been one injury after another. I think he also had multiple concussions. Probably would be better for the guy to retire.

He's injured. We need players that can contribute now, not after they're healed up, on to release that they're not as good as we thought they were before their injury...Hogan

He's one of those guys who's got great attitude and knowledge but his body is failing him.

Could be valuable as a "mentor" type but I don't know that there's room for that on the TE depth chart.
