Okay, I haven't searched for guitar tabs in about 6-7 years. In that time, I imagine the crowdsourcing in this area has improved greatly.
Post your favorite site if you have one.
Also for other instruments if applicable.
Thanks.

It's been around a while and is probably the best for lots of general tabs. Only use tabs with high ratings www.ultimateguitar.com
The best Grateful Dead tabs you'll find are http://jdarks.com/GDTab.html
This site also has Dead tabs but isn't as detailed as above http://www.rukind.com/
White Stripe tabs, I go here http://www.brokenbri...i-bin/songs.cgi
Ween tabs http://www.weentablature.com/
Avett Brothers tabs http://avettbrothers...t_brothers_tabs
Those are the main one's I have used throughout the years.

ultimate-guitar.com seems to consistently have the widest selection

I like tabs to be the base structure of the song so that it is easy to learn and then add to it from there myself.

OLGA was the best site ever for that.

i'm still mad about olga being gone even though it's been 7 years now. they had everything imaginable in a super clean interface with no popups, banner ads, or any of that crap.
