It just depends on how you define bust. Peter had a lot of potential, but he had chronic neck problems and was 'the guy we took instead of Randy Moss'.

In terms of draft position to output value, I'd say Brown.

Everette Brown because of what we traded for him.

Brown cost us Demarius Thomas or Dez Bryant. Id love to include gronk on that list in hindsite.

I think this title clearly belongs to pickles. I know he was only a second round pick, but talk about putting all of your eggs in the wrong basket

* I have blocked that Colorado WR out of my mind forever

But without the jimmeh they're would be no Cam in Carolina...

Wrong. We traded our second for that 3rd round pick. We didn't have that pick before the trade. We only used one pick on AE. It just turned out that it's value was the 33rd pick

Put it however you like, we used two picks and gained one Armanti Edwards. I'm counting the pick we used to select Edwards as well as the 2nd rd we traded. Epic Hurney magic.

Yeah except that's not what happened. We picked Armanti with another teams third round pick, not ours. You act like we just gave away a second round pick for shits and giggles then selected Armanti with a 3rdpicture we already had

I was rewatching the Panthers/Skins game today and saw THE catch Armanti had. I can't remember where the other 4 occurred. He should have scored a touchdown on that damn catch, he's just too slow.

No we didn't.

Let's say you "trade" $200K for a house. Later, that house tragically burns down.

Now, go to the insurance company and make a claim for $200K AND a house and see where that gets you.

Fair enough. A second rd pick for Armanti Edwards still blows. Patriots smokescreened the poo out of us.

I really hope that David Gettleman doesn't do the ole Hurney trick of trading extremely valuable picks for bullshit in the 2nd and 3rd round.

If ya really wanna depress yourself sometime, take a look back at all of our drafts and check out who we could have had with each of those "bust" picks discussed in this thread.
