<p>Who knows, it could be a false-alarm. I recall Frank Alexander had issues with his results, which suggested NFL docs to believe he had a heart condition, which further testing revealed his heart was in good condition.

How do you not catch these things in college? I guess in-depth physicals are not required because it would interfere with the schools' cash-cows.

could mean he could just fall to us. If hes there, I still take him.

a big fat man bigger than most should be who is asked to take on more strenuous activity than the human body should be able to endure for long periods of time in immense heat at training camp...with a weak heart.

no thanks.

could be.

still worrisome and many teams would just not even take on that risk.

I'm not going to jump onto the 'he has a heart problem, don't take him' bandwagon. It completely depends on what exactly the heart problem is. All heart problems are serious when you're an athlete and should receive immediate attention, but some are less serious than others. Its completely possible that overall effect of this problem may not affect his playing ability or durability. We should wait to find out exactly what this means before blindly assuming he'll never be safe to play again.

Could be a false alarm like Frank Alexander. If that is the case and he somehow falls to us when really there is absolutely nothing wrong with him, then we would be the luckiest team in the draft.

You can't take him without knowing the specifics of his diagnosis and prognosis. You can't take the guy if he could fall out at anytime. The NFL is a business, and a guy with a "bad" heart is a bad investment.
