The Carolina Hurricanes (11-8-1) put in a total team effort tonight from the opening whistle. Seven different players recorded a point tonight and the Canes drilled the Panthers 6-2. The Canes were clearly frustrated with the dirty play of Florida in the third and started laying some huge hits as well as a KO from Justin Faulk who is 2-0 in career fighting. The Canes will head down to Florida to take on the Panthers tomorrow night.
