Do you remember when Rick killed those guys in the bar, those guys from Philly that where headed toward Nebraska?

I was just wondering, why didn't they turn when they died? Or did they?

I cannot remember.

Rick shot the guy behind the bar once in the forehead, shot the fat guy twice in the torso, then walked up and shot him in the head again.

Did anyone else hear the Breaking Bad refrence when the Governor was naming off dead people? He mentioned "Heisenberg".

I think those guys may have been from Woodbury. Perhaps the Governor's initial henchmen before Martinez and Merle. Gotta think, the way they and Randall talked when questioned, there were about 31 men in total, with kids and women added to that. That sounds like Woodbury to me.

To answer the OP, they were shot in the head, as already stated.

I don't think they were mainly because Randall, the kid that rick rescued and Shane killed, didn't say anything about a town, only a group of men.

It IS possible that they weren't established yet. Maybe it just was a different group, though.

He DID say they went through Washington....but no. Randall was with them, and Randall said their group was close by. Hilltop and the like are in a completely different state/set of states.
