if we could somehow trade back and get one big ugly and then scoop up T. Austin... that would be a nasty start to the draft :geek:

I think the consensus safe bet is that Gettleman wants to beef up our lines - so DT, OT, OG would be those

bold prediction- we go receiver in the first

Takes Jonathan Cooper at 14 with Chance Warmack still on the board.

That wouldn't surprise me honestly.

Marty Hurney replacing Joe Person as the new beat writer and criticizing the team for leaving Eddie Lacy and Manti Te'o on the board.

Me neither but many are so smitten with Warmack that they forget that Cooper is just as talented. He may not be as physical but he's more versatile and a better athlete.

To me the boldest move would be reaching for a safety first pick

Many of the talking heads said after the Combine that Cooper moved ahead of Warmack as the #1 Guard in the draft. He did pretty much everything better than Warmack. Some said Warmack look a little soft.

I would not be disappointed.

Losing Hangman would make this a good choice.

Remember when I was in college at UNCW, was working at olive garden when in walks Butch Davis and Johnathon Cooper.
