they're not getting him but if they did i'm fine with it- they are going to have to shell out huge deals to him and ryan----also he is coming off an ACL tear....no guarantees in coming back from that anytime soon (see:Thomas Davis)

Has not so far. Hurney has done far worse to our team. Than again he traded away our picks as well.

Never mentioned hurney, and I know it hasn't, but i think it will. time will tell..

So the Falcons get Revis. Next the question is, who does he cover? Smith, or Cordarelle Patterson?? *cam smile*

I don't care. Let them trade all the rest of their draft picks. They have no future.

The Falcons dont have any interest and the 49ers dont have any interest.. Revis is stuck.

Wouldn't mind it if the Falcons had to give up a 1st and 2nd rounder to inherit a $10+ million cap guy. Guess they could always use Matty Arse to create a pass rush.

I hope the Falcan'ts do give up multiple high draft choices for Revis.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease let them do it.

And let Bierman/Babineaux/Jerry remain starters on their DL and Dent/Nicholas in their LB corps.

That would be effin' awesome not to upgrade their weeeeeeeeeeak front-seven on defense.

I've never hated someone or something so much as the Falcons. Even more than the kid that spit in my face in the 4th grade.

Ask yourself if the Niners tuck their tale to the reality of facing Seattle's defense twice a year. And did it stop them? We will persevere from all odds, it'll only make us better!

    • Could be. Hope to be.  I see the big time potential in both. In my opinion-The biggest obstical I see (not only with them but in many young players) is their self confidence. Taking it from "flashing" to "breaking out" or "to the next level" is an imaginary obstacle that stands in the way of a lot of players with potential. To get over the hump, it can take a play, a game or a season to get their mind right with the confidence that they can perform at another level.  KB and Funch have good coaching and all the skills necessary to be the guy, but in the end, they are human too. Most won't admit but the majority of people perform in a "fake it till you make it" environment so to speak.   Lack of confidence or conversely, proving to yourself you can do it, is not only important to the average Joe like you and I but to them as well.  Some guys get over the hump and exceed their own expectations enough to where it becomes standard practice. Others never quite get that bit of confidence or courage to take it one step above their self imposed ceiling.  Im optimistic so I think these two guys can break through. We will certainly have a good read on their direction this season.  PS- Did I use enough quotations?
