Wes Welker was a nobody until Tom Brady started throwing to him. Just like 90% of NE's WR's.

He managed 67 catches for almost 700 yards his last year in Miami with a poo collection of Joey Harrington, Daunte Culpepper, and Cleo Lemon. And again, he put up big numbers with Matt Cassel as a starter. I don't want him here at the salary he's going to get, but to deny his talent is ridiculous.

Your stupidity knows no bounds.... Besides if there is one QB that to switch to from Brady it would be Manning.

Welker isn't stupid going from Brady to Manning. His numbers will be down some but should really make the Bronco's very dangerous in the passing game. Of course the joke is on the Bronco's; everyone knows signing Free Agents isn't the way to win in the NFL.

2 years 12 million. wow why didnt we get him. That's nothing for a special player

Because the Huddle tells us signing good players in Free Agency is the fastest way to lose.

LMAO your right. Obviously signing mediocre ST players and camp bodies have done good for us in the past.
