I can see this happening. He is a better WR than most people give him credit for on here. He has sneaky speed and he can work the middle of the field. Has very good hands too. Wish we could trade back like 5 picks or so and still pick him up and pick up an extra pick in the process.

Not sure if mentioned already, but Allen "injured his PCL". Drafting anyone high is a risk, but anyone with injuries like that sounds more risky to me. Huge talent though not gonna lie.

Agreed, but Allen is from Cal (University of California). I think he'll be a good player in the NFL and wouldn't be upset if we took him at 14. Of course, as OP said, if we can trade to get him while getting an add'l pick, that would be better.

I'm assuming AE is gone regardless. While he's shown improvement he's still way behind where he should be.

Robinson is a better athlete who played against good competition and already looks like he's been working on hand technique. I think he would also be a dangerous KR.

My bad. I was thinking about Woods. I'm so focused on not ending up with another USC WR that I end up associating half the WRs in any given draft with USC.

Kiffin is rumored to run a lot tougher, more pro-like program and USC so it'll be interesting see how they show in the Pro's.

It is an issue, Steve won't last much longer and after he and LaFell there's very little to count on at this point.

I like Allen too. He is a much more polished player than Patterson.

I'd feel much better about our offense with him in the fold.
