Also, I really doubt Ozzie was going to trade Boldin to just any ol' team. Guy near the end of his career that would want to go to a contender, and they easily found that in a team on the other coast.

Wow... and I'm saying that a lot today.

Boldin is a tough bastard. SF is going to be killer.

Wheather Boldin is good or not as good. Boldin is still a solid WR who can get it done. This has just made the 49ers just that more dangerous. Plus they still have a 1st 2 second round picks to work with in the draft to get good players. Thanks to Hurney we can't even make these kinds of moves no time soon. But on the bright side. Hopefully once Gettlemen gets our cap under control in the next few seasons. We can make a few good moves like that. For now we are in a screwed position. But people got to look at this way as well. With all these good players the 49ers have right now. They will be releasing them or going over the cap soon enough. They can't afford to keep paying all these high end players season after season. Somthing will give.

The NFC west is going to be the toughest division of football next year. Good god man.. Seattle with that D and O. The Niners with that D and that OH my god...The Cards have a good D if they find a QB, they will be dangerous...The Rams are meh, but they can improve with fisher behind the wheel.

Damn you hurney.
