They needed a WR, didn't feel like they wanted anybody from this class, and pulled the trigger for a minimal investment. These are things that Carolina cannot do. Not because we have "bad contracts", or "Hurney magic lol", but because the players we have signed long term are players we .... actually want. You know, like it should be.
