Now...if this were a corporation...they'd be front page news. People calling for people put in orange jumpsuits and duck walked into court.

Hell for everything that happened with Madoff and the other Wall Street scandals, less than a dozen people went to prison, so I don't really agree that if this were a corporation things would be fundamentally different.http://www.sec.gov/n...013/2013-37.htm

Politicians and wealthy corporate executives get pretty much the same treatment.

I'm glad you mentioned Mr. Madoff...a new NC resident. What is different between what he did and what Illinois did. Taking people's money and basically telling a lie of what it's really worth.
