I think we should cut him and replace him with an younger and cheaper OT. I know we probably wont find the same talent he has but we can go out and get Captain back but we can also sign a decent WR, Safety, Cornerback, DT or OG

On the contrary, i think we could find better. He's overrated. If he's not moving early, he's holding.

he needs to restructure but carolina wont cut him, protecting cam is a priority. Not sure they risk replacing him at this point.

look at it this way, carolina signed him to a contract, all gross is trying to get them to do is honor the contract, you guys acting as if gross is the bad guy here because he's not taking the several million dollar pay cut is straight up laughable.
