lol i know plenty of rock artist who talk about women, sex and drugs and parties.....please dont get me started on heavy metal and all that demonic poo they spew...lol
it just depends on what genre you like. if you like rap you will say nice things about it. if you dont you will say bad things about it.
rap gets knocked because of samples but i can i can show you where every music genre sample other artist......i really dont wanna go way back...so many samples here and there. samples are most times flipped to add more of an urban dirty flavor to the music.....or something thats really creative.
also rap producers have to pay for samples so its not "stealing".....lol
rap is meant to be poetry in motion over a constant beat without melodies....your flow and delivery is your "melody"
also wayne and drake are pop rappers and they dont do "HIP HOP"...they make club rap for you to have good time and dance to beats, that sound good.......lol
let me clear it up for you RAP DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EQUAL HIP-HOP.
rap is just one part of hip hop. hip hop includes MCing, DJing, b-boy(break dance), graffiti, and beat box,etc......
hip hop was meant to have a message about life or problems that one is facing.....mostly african american problems since they created it for the most part.
there is nothing wrong with party music, its just that these pop rappers take it too far without any heavy thougthful content on their albums.
also people get GANGSTA/MAFIOSO RAP CONFUSED WITH HIP HOP.....its totally different genre.
If you wanna check out hip hop-check out killah priest/underground artist........if you want pop rap check out the fugging radio. PEACE.
So not only is your football opinion terrible, but so is your musical opinion. lol
