Eagles Sign Kenny Phillips

54 posts in this topic

Now let's try to explain away the success of teams like New England and San Fran who have both relied heavily on free agency to bolster their team and found extreme success doing it shall we?

The Eagles have one of the worst front offices in the league. Assembling a team that can't play together falls on nobody but them.

They just picked up Connor Barwin too, i like teams in that division improving so they can all beat the hell out the overrated Redskins next year.

Sounds like here Phillips and Goldson could be the first free agent safeties in the history of the NFL to put their new teams over the top and make them instant contenders. Not.

Chiefs just pick up Sean Smith for only 18 mill and 11 mill guaranteed. Thought he was gonna get more than that.

You guys act like we don't have any talent.

We have plenty of talent, we just need to start taking full advantage of it.

Should we even bother to "care" for our Panthers this upcoming season? No I'm not overreacting nor am I a bad fan.

lol at those of you who so desperately cling to the cap excuse

You think we're the only team in the league that has had financial issues? Of course not. But other teams make the moves and cuts needed to go where they want to go.

I know some of you only watch the panthers so I'll cut you some slack, but the rest of the league has proven a hundred times over how easy it is to manipulate the cap to do what you need to

Our GM however isn't given such freedom, as we couldn't possibly part with our dear beloved RB

Some of you are so near sighted that you can't see that there is one common denominator in all of this and it's the tubby miser sitting high in his offices hiding away from the harsh realities of the real world dreaming of the good ole days, and it's bringing the entire organization down with him

Can we save the doom and gloom poo. We haven't even gotten to the draft or played a single down of the 2013 season and you are already crying on how this team is a wreck. Chill
