Bears have one of the worst pass protecting lines in the NFL....

He is one of the bad ones from that group....

This is true but he was much better at RG he started out at LT.

We need cheap vets that can at least produce something, this guy is a bust.

I dunno what they see in him. I am not sure they see something in him. I was thinking he had back problems and almost retired as a rookie or something like that. I ahve a feeling he will get a vet min deal.

Anyone who knows how to get that pff stuff, can you post his grades, preferably at tackle and guard?

I'm fine with it...but everything I have heard about him is he is a LT. Problem in Chicago is they put him elsewhere.

So give him a shot at what? A backup LT? To replace Bell at RT?

He doesn't seem to be a G

He struggled more at tackle, looked better to me at guard. But that's just my opinion

Vet minimum deal I would assume, could challenge Bell at RT and/or RG spot. Wouldn't be mad at this pick up. Not flashy but could be a low risk, high reward signing.

A former bust for us turned out to be a fairly decent OG for the Eagles. Remember Evan Mathis?

Eagles actually have a worse line then us (and unlike us, its been that way for yeeaaarrsss). Ya the madden numbers show Mathis and Peters as good players, but you got to remember they are an NFC east team so the knob slobbage gets factored in a bit.

No thats half the starting tackles in the NFL. CJ is a machine.
