Gross has a short career left in the league. He has to make his money now because once his career is done in 2-3 years that kind of coin is hard to come by. CJ and Beason on the other hand, I agree.

CJ probally wont restructure since so many still say he is overpaid...he earns his cash most every snap.

Restructure is actually more beneficial to players because they agreed to get their money upfront.

Let's say u earn $40,000 salary. Like $1,600 biweekly. Your employer asks u if u can take a bonus of $20,000 so he can pay you only $800 a month.
