He cut unemployment benefits, rejected expansion of Fed Medicaid, trying to shift tax burden to the middle class/poor....while giving his cabinet a pay raise.

And now his his screwing around with one of the countries best cost:quality of education college systems.

Good job NCians

School of the Arts and a small HBCU is my guess...maybe Elizabeth City State University...if it happens at all. I doubt it does.

UNC Pembroke and ECU need to be shut down, if only to quarantine the syphilis in those areas.

ECU won't be shut down...I'd bet it's a revenue generator.

I don't think they were being serious G5.

There are 4 schools that are absolutely safe from being shut down. They are Chapel Hill, NC State, Charlotte, & ECU.

Those four are the four research institutions in the state system. They contribute the most to the state economy and get significant private investment.

Schools like App, UNCW, and UNCG are also too big to ever shut down.

A&T is probably the premier HBCU university in the state (although I don't know much about HBCU's), so they're safe.

I'd say the rest are fair game, but I think the only school that could be at legitimate risk is the School of the Arts.
